About InsynQ Support

• InsynQ support is manned from 6am to 6pm Pacific Time
• Emergency on-call support is available after-hours

InsynQ support services are included in the subscription fee; we do not charge additional for technical support.

InsynQ support services cover all technical and operational aspects of the subscriber service, including application function, printing, file transfers, and other technical or platform areas.

InsynQ support services do not offer end-user training or support specific to any applications, with the rare exception of helping with email setup in MS Outlook.

InsynQ personnel are skilled at supporting the platform and subscriber operations, but are not expected to be experts in all the applications we host. Rather, it is recommended that each subscriber organization work with a software consultant or other organization that can provide the level of training and application support required by the company.

InsynQ support services may offer to assist in the identification and troubleshooting of local network, connectivity, or PC issues. However, this level of support is offered only as a courtesy to our subscribers, and InsynQ cannot be held responsible for problems arising from the local network or PC.
