a CPA firm in Edmonds, WA, needed to streamline
their business computing network and connect with their
clients' financial data in real time, without the frustrations
and time-constraints of out-of-sync file transfers or
travel to client offices. InsynQ provided the long-term solution
through e-Accounting and hosting accounting applications
on Virtual Desktops.

Civil Air Patrol,
a non-profit service branch for the US Air Force, has
small offices in all 50 states and accountants who need
access to branch books. They longed for a way to oversee
financial data-entry without having the burden of time-consuming
travel or file transfers to review files that aren't in
real time. InsynQ helped them set up a network of Virtual
Desktops with standard QuickBooks software (not a web-based
version) and MS Office applications so access to financial
data and office software is possible from any Internet-connected
computer with control of permissions in the hands of top-level
administrators.
