our 42 independent hard drives into a server-based system
with appropriate security levels. Now documents can be
updated statewide in one easy process and case management
can occur on line as we share case libraries. Backups
and updates on 42 independent hard drives were inefficient

Thanks to e-Accounting, we can access client data instantaneously
and have a much more efficient operation. We serve our
clients better, easily taking over bookkeeping departments,
saving the client money, and making our services more
attractive. For us, it's a great selling tool to attract
new clients and grow the practice.

My e-Accounting service enables me to expand
my business. I can serve clients without physically going
to their office, which is a big plus in the traffic-ridden
Bay Area. With e-Accounting, I can also take on clients
from outside my immediate geographic area. I can work
on my time schedule, in the evening or early morning,
without inconveniencing clients. Also, clients can access
their data from their office, their home or anywhere else
if they choose to. The service also gives me security.
One year ago, my office computer crashed, but since my
QuickBooks files reside on the e-Accounting platform,
none of that financial data was affected. I especially
like the virtual desktop service. It allows me to easily
export QB data to Excel spreadsheets and create financial
reports for clients that they can access anywhere.
