Our support staff frequently gets asked how to configure the software needed to access virtual desktops from mobile devices. The process is quick and easy using a free app. Following are the five steps to securely access your virtual desktop from iPads, iPhones, Android tablets, Android phones, and other mobile devices.
Install the vWorkspace app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Launch the app. When prompted, enter the vWorkspace website address from the following list based on your user domain:
Canadian users on Server 2003 or 2008: https://www.cpaasp.ca
U.S. users on Server 2003 or 2008: https://loginnw.insynq.com
Server 2012 users: https://login.insynq.com
3.0 users: https://iqlogin.insynq.com
When prompted, select the location you want to connect with based on the following list:
Canadian users on Server 2003 or 2008: CPAASP.CA
U.S. users on Server 2003 or 2008: Insynq NW US
Server 2012 users: Insynq
3.0 users: CloudLogin
After you select the location, click Next.
Enter your sign-in credentials. At this step, you may be asked to enter a “Domain” after your password. If so, refer to the following list for the appropriate domain:
Canadian users on Server 2003 or 2008: NW
U.S. users on Server 2003 or 2008: NW
Server 2012 users: SEA
3.0 users: Cloud
Click on the icon you normally choose to launch your cloud desktop.
